All groups will be asked to prepare as much pasta as possibile, within the time range given by the chefs. The winning group will be then awarded a prize and the meal will be served at the table.
The natural and unstructured learning, the combination of the kitchen environment and cooking together as a team provides much opportunity for learning about individual and team dynamics upon which improvements in team effectiveness can be made.
