Andria and “Burrata” cheese excursion: Andria guided city tour in the morning. The city of Andria is located ten kilometres from the sea, its centre boasts churches and noble buildings indicating a history-filled past. Near the centre stands what is unquestionably the main attraction of the area: Castel del Monte. Considered to be one of the most beautiful castles of Europe, it is listed in Unesco’s World Heritage List. In the afternoon, gastronomic tour, discovering the production of “Burrata” cheese, a sort of cross between butter and mozzarella.

Wellness in a historical Masseria:  day in a spa located in a historical Masseria overlooking the Adriatic sea. The spa can offer excellent face and body treatments, Ayurveda, Shiatsu, Yoga, Taichi and reflexology. Spa facilities include heated pool, Turkish bath, hydromassage pool and fitness room.
