Alberobello excursion with wine tasting: the excursion will lead guests to discover the unique city of Alberobello whose particular centre has been recognised as a World Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO thanks to the famous “Trulli” houses. In the afternoon, guests will have the possibility to visit a cellar and taste the typical wine of this area.

Ostuni excursion with cooking course: Ostuni is one of the most stunning cities in southern Italy, famous for the dazzling effect of its whitewashed houses, and for this reason called “the white city”. It is a genuine and charming example of Mediterranean architecture, with its series of levels, staircases, small roads, alleys and arches. In the afternoon guests will have the posibility to enjoy by learning how to make the famous Italian pasta “Orecchiette”, prepared with tomato sauce, flavoured with leaves of basil and grated cacio ricotta (a local cheese), or with turnip tops and anchovies.
