Organization of a gala dinner for a German company exhibiting at ITMA Fair.
We were in charge of the overall organization of the dinner, including venue selection, catering, set-up, event staff coordination, technical services and entertainment, including an aereal acrobatics exhibition that required a complex effort in terms of technical equipment and security.
